Lynda movies

I think we finished shooting the first course of videos for Lynda.com. Starring in videos is hard, man! Hopefully it comes across without me looking even more ridiculous than usual. We’ll see soon enough.

New Grant!

I am very pleased to be a recipient of the latest small grant round at SF State. This will help fund the production of Lynda.com movies that I am creating about production sound. I expect these will become available later this year.

BEA / NAB Wins!

I am happy to report that several BECA students have won awards at the Festival of Media Arts, part of the BEA / NAB conference this Spring. I also managed to grab a Best of Competition award in the Short Form Audio category—my fifth win overall and third category win. BECA rocks!
